Business Coaching that finds the real bottleneck — not the obvious one

Most business owners already know something is off. They just can't see it clearly from inside the machine. We step in, ask the uncomfortable questions, and build a path forward that actually fits your life — not just your spreadsheet.

How coaching actually works here

Step one — the diagnostic call

A 45-minute conversation where we map out the terrain: your revenue, your energy, your team dynamics, and the story you tell yourself about why things are stuck. This is not a sales pitch disguised as a consultation. You will leave with at least one actionable insight, whether or not we work together.

Step two — the honest audit

We look at your financials, your operational cadence, your leadership habits, and your customer journey. We identify the one or two leverage points where a small change produces outsized results. Most coaches skip this step because it requires telling you things you might not want to hear.

Step three — the 90-day sprint

Together we design a focused plan with fortnightly check-ins. No vague vision boards. Each session ends with specific commitments, tracked and reviewed. If something is not working, we change it in week three — not month six.

Step four — the handoff

The goal is to make ourselves redundant. By the end of the sprint, you should have the frameworks, the habits, and the self-awareness to keep moving without us. Some clients stay for ongoing support; many graduate and come back only when the next inflection point arrives.

What we actually help with

Every engagement is different, but these are the areas where we consistently create the most impact for founders and leadership teams.

Most small businesses under-charge or bundle services in ways that erode margins. We review your pricing architecture, identify where you are leaving money on the table, and help you position your offer so customers understand the value before they see the number. This often results in a 15–30 per cent revenue uplift without acquiring a single new customer.
If your team meetings feel like status updates and nobody pushes back on your ideas, something is broken. We work on communication rhythms, delegation frameworks, and the subtle power dynamics that keep good people quiet. Healthy conflict is a feature, not a bug — and we help you build a culture that embraces it.
You started a business for freedom and ended up with a 60-hour week. We audit where your time goes, eliminate the tasks that feel productive but are not, and build systems so the business can run a Tuesday without you in the building. Expect to reclaim at least eight hours per week within the first month.
Scaling is not the same as growing. We help you decide whether you need more customers, better customers, or a completely different product mix. Then we map the competitive landscape, sharpen your messaging, and build a 12-month growth roadmap that accounts for cash flow, capacity, and your personal energy reserves.
Running a business is lonely, and the constant micro-decisions wear you down in ways you might not notice until you snap at a loved one or dread Monday mornings. We address the human side of leadership: energy management, boundary-setting, and building a decision framework that reduces cognitive load so you can focus on what truly matters.

Why this exists

We started Biz Success Guidance after spending a decade inside businesses that looked successful on paper but felt chaotic behind the scenes. Revenue was growing, but founders were burning out. Teams were expanding, but communication was collapsing.

The coaching industry is full of motivational platitudes. We wanted to build something different: a practice rooted in honest diagnosis, practical frameworks, and the kind of accountability that does not let you off the hook when things get uncomfortable.

Based in Upton Bins, Wales, we work with founders across the United Kingdom and remotely with clients in Europe and beyond. Our approach is direct, sometimes blunt, and always in your corner.

Questions we hear often

How is this different from a consultant?

A consultant tells you what to do and hands you a report. A coach helps you see what you already know but cannot access on your own, then holds you accountable while you implement it. We do not parachute in with a generic playbook — we build the strategy with you, so it sticks after we leave.

What size business do you work with?

Typically founders and leadership teams in businesses turning over between £200k and £5m annually. That is the range where coaching produces the fastest, most visible results because decisions are still concentrated in a few people and changes can be implemented quickly.

Do you work in person or remotely?

Both. If you are in Wales or the wider south-west, we are happy to meet in person. Otherwise, we run sessions over video call. The format does not change the depth of the work — some of our most transformative engagements have been entirely remote.

What does it cost?

The diagnostic call is free. After that, our 90-day sprint starts at £2,400, which covers six fortnightly sessions, the initial audit, and async support via email between sessions. We also offer ongoing monthly retainers for clients who want continued accountability.

What if I am not sure coaching is what I need?

That is exactly what the diagnostic call is for. We will tell you honestly whether coaching is the right intervention or whether you need something else entirely — a bookkeeper, a therapist, a holiday, or simply a different business model. We would rather turn away a client than take money for something that will not help.

Let us start a conversation

Whether you are ready to commit or just curious, the diagnostic call is a good place to begin. No pressure, no hard sell — just an honest look at where you are and where you could be.
